The person responsible for the child must:
- Ser madre, padre, tutora o tutor de la niña o niño
- Llenar la solicitud de incorporación al programa
- Comprobar que el menor tiene máximo 3 años y 10 meses al momento del registro
- Residir en la CDMX
- No recibir apoyos de la misma naturaleza, como la Beca Rita Cetina o Mi Beca para Empezar.

- Copia del acta de nacimiento.
Documents for the mother, father, or guardian:
- Identificación oficial con fotografía
- Comprobante de domicilio de la CDMX
- Solicitud de ingreso al programa debidamente requisitada.
Where is the registration for Desde la Cuna done?
