Who receives the Women's Welfare Pension?
The Women's Welfare Pension is aimed at Mexican women aged 60 to 64 who meet the requirements established by the program; these include:
- Ser mujer
- Tener entre 60 y 64 años
- Tener nacionalidad mexicana por nacimiento o naturalización
- Residir en México.
What happens when a beneficiary turns 65?
Upon turning 65, the beneficiary no longer falls within the age range of the Women's Welfare Pension and is incorporated into the Welfare Pension for Senior Citizens.
When is the next Women's Welfare Pension payment?
The final payment of the Women's Welfare Pension would be for the November-December two-month period, and the deposit is expected to be made in November; however, official confirmation from the authorities is still pending.
Do I have to withdraw the 3,100 pesos on the day they are deposited?
No. If the 3,100 peso deposit appears on the corresponding date, the beneficiary can leave the money in their account and withdraw it later.
You can also use your card to make payments at establishments that accept this method. Therefore, it is not necessary to go to a Banco del Bienestar ATM on the same day to withdraw all the money.
