Trump warns: USMCA could expire in a year as he seeks a new deal with Mexico and Canada

United States President Donald Trump indicated on Wednesday that he may let the USMCA, the free trade agreement with Mexico and Canada, expire and will seek a new trade deal with his neighbors.

"It expires in about a year, and we will let it expire or perhaps reach another agreement with Mexico and Canada," Trump declared during a press conference in the Oval Office at the White House.
