The former Miss Universe Fátima Bosch filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office (FGR) in Mexico against Thai businessman Nawat Itsaragrisil for acts that could have criminal relevance and that are related to violence, discrimination, digital violence, intimidation, and harm to her dignity. According to reported information, the young woman from Tabasco filed a complaint with the FGR against the Thai businessman for potential acts of violence, digital violence, intimidation, and discrimination.
The case was reportedly assigned to the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Matters of Violence against Women, Groups in Vulnerable Situations, and Human Trafficking under investigation file FED/FEVIMTRA/FEIDTRA-EXT/0000549/2026. On September 4th, the FGR reportedly issued protection measures in favor of the model from Tabasco while the corresponding investigations are carried out.
It is worth mentioning that this complaint is reportedly Fátima's response to the arrest warrant against her that Nawat requested a few months ago in Thailand.

A few weeks ago, Itsaragrisil detailed on social media that a procedure to arrest Bosch for alleged crimes of defamation, false accusations, and dissemination of false information was being accelerated. At the time, the Thai businessman accompanied his posts with a supposed judicial document and maintained that “no one is above the law”.
However, Nawat's version contrasts with the complaint filed by Bosch with Mexican authorities. The beauty queen accused the businessman of attempting to intimidate her and noted that the conflict is related to the controversy they both starred in during the 2025 Miss Universe pageant in Thailand, when he publicly called her “stupid” due to a disagreement related to promotional activities.
After the businessman's statements, Fátima Bosch issued a statement in which she asserted that she is facing a situation she considers an attempt at intimidation for having set boundaries and defended her dignity.
“I do not regret having defended my place that day,” expressed the Mexican, who also affirmed that she hopes her experience helps so that other women do not have to live through similar situations.
The dispute between Fátima Bosch and Nawat Itsaragrisil became one of the most talked-about episodes of Miss Universe 2025. Fátima Bosch's reign as Miss Universe Mexico ended on August 29, 2026, when she handed over the crown to her successor, María Guadalupe Vargas Naranjo, during the national final held in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur.
So far, neither figure has commented on the matter.
