Gala Montes lashed out at journalist Joanna Vega-Biestro, from the program De Primera Mano, after she claimed that the actress and singer had left La Casa de los Famosos 2026 for assaulting a psychologist and accused her of drug use.
In a series of Instagram stories, Gala Montes gave her version of the events and denied having physically assaulted the psychologist.

What did Gala Montes say about the incident in the confessional?
According to her, Gala Montes asked the production for a tampon because she was menstruating, but they refused.
Gala confirmed that a psychologist spoke with her and that she was upset by what the psychologist said, but she denied that she had physically assaulted her, as Joanna Vega-Biestro had reported.
The La Casa de los Famosos 2026 participant added that the person she would physically assault would be Joanna Vega-Biestro for "making up bullshit" and messing with her mother, asserting that only she is allowed to mess with her mom.
"You are the one I'm going to beat up, Joanna. I really am going to beat you up the day I see you, so you stop making up bullshit, or tell the people feeding you information to get it right, because otherwise, you're going to get into trouble. You already owe me one because you messed with my mom and me, and nobody messes with my mom, damn it, only me," she expressed.
Gala asserted that Joanna Vega-Biestro's information was incorrect and suggested she should get to work instead of talking about her.
"This idiot Joanna says things that aren't true... That's what happened in the confessional. Not what this moron is making up just to put food on her table. Go get a job instead of talking about me, you lazy, nosy, jobless piece of work."
Gala Montes accuses Joanna Vega-Biestro of stalking her
The actress and singer also threatened the journalist with going to stalk her daughter, claiming that is exactly what Joanna was doing by investigating her and harassing both her mother and father.
"Just as she stalks me, I can stalk you. I don't have kids or anything to lose. Just letting you know. So you're going around investigating things about me, both with my mom and my dad; they are also harassing my dad. You wouldn't want me to go to your daughter's kindergarten one day and stand in front of her, right? So show some respect. I'm not going to do it, but that's what you're doing. So show respect, or I'll make you show respect, Joanna."

Gala Montes denies using drugs
Finally, Gala Montes denied using drugs and claimed that she only smokes marijuana since she has no longer been allowed to see her niece.
Furthermore, she stated that it is her sister, Krista Montes, who uses substances, and pointed out that she is not anyone's role model and is not there to raise her children.
"And another bitchy thing I saw from Joanna, saying that I supposedly take pills. You stupid woman, I don't take pills. The only thing I do is marijuana, and I started doing it when they stopped letting me see my niece. So stop making up that I'm a drug addict; my sister is. So blame my sister; she's the one who ended up in the 'torito' [detention center]. I'm not a mother, I'm not anyone's role model, and I didn't come here to raise your damn kids."
