Pedro Sola has once again sparked controversy on social media. This time it wasn't for his comments about dogs and their owners, but because he apparently outed actor David Zepeda.
During a broadcast of La Granja VIP 2026, the Ventaneando host insinuated that Zepeda was gay and had dated a journalist.

During a conversation with influencer Kunno, Pedro Sola apparently outed actor David Zepeda. The moment occurred when both began talking about how they realized they liked men.
Sola revealed that he knew he was gay since he was a child because he liked his classmates, but also the stars that appeared on television.
“Regarding my orientation, I knew since I was little, I liked my classmates, in the third grade... you also like those on TV...”, he recounted.
Kunno interrupted him to tell him that his gay awakening had been actor David Zepeda, star of Abismo de pasión and Por amar sin ley.
“For me, my gay awakening was David Zepeda,” Kunno expressed.
Sola replied to him: “When you saw the video,” referring to a sexual video of the actor that was previously leaked on the internet.
“Exactly,” said Kunno amid laughter.
Sola then told him that Zepeda was also gay and that he dated a journalist, although he did not reveal the name, as the broadcast was cut short immediately, according to internet users.
“He worked at Azteca, a great guy, and he is also gay, because he dated, there was a man there who, a journalist,” he revealed.

David Zepeda has denied on several occasions belonging to the LGBTQ+ community and recently stated that he likes women and that, if he didn't have children, it was because it had never come to fruition with his ex-girlfriends.
Furthermore, he clarified that it made him “laugh” every time he saw on social media that they questioned his sexual orientation, because he asserted that they think they know everything about “his life”.
“I love women and I haven’t had children because I’ve decided so and that’s how life has played out with my ex-girlfriends. With my ex-girlfriends that part didn't happen. But if children come I will be the happiest... On social media whenever they ask that, I see comments and I die of laughter because they think they know everything about my life,” he confessed to Telemundo cameras.

Previously, David Zepeda was romantically linked to stylist Daniel Urquiza, also known as "the king of extensions."
Rumors of an alleged relationship between the two arose when Urquiza passed away in 2020, and gossip sites and acquaintances of the stylist claimed that he had a relationship of more than 10 years with the soap opera actor and that they were even engaged.
