Who is Aleks Syntek's wife?
It is little known that the musician is married to the sister of presenter Ingrid Coronado, 47-year-old Karen Coronado. In fact, she was the inspiration for the song "Tú necesitas" from 2000, in which he talks about an innocent young woman he meets at a club.
Years later, Aleks detailed that this is how he met his wife, when she was 15 and he was 23. After seeing her for the first time at a club called Bulldog, Syntek fell in love with her and wrote the song for her immediately. According to what he has said, the day he met her, Karen was accompanying her sister Ingrid at said establishment.
“I ended up marrying her and we have two wonderful children,” said the singer in an interview about Coronado.

The couple walked down the aisle in 2001 and later welcomed their daughter Natalia, who works in acting, and Raúl Alejandro, who is a voice actor.
His 20-year-old daughter has participated in productions such as "Héroes," "La partitura secreta," "Se busca papá," and "Locas por el cambio." The young actress is known by her stage name, Natalia Coronado.
For his part, his son is known as Matías Escajadillo Peña, Aleks's real last names. The 17-year-old is dedicated to Mexican dubbing, with voice performances in productions such as "Tolkien," "X-Men: Dark Phoenix," "Sing," "Rev & Roll," and "Trolls."
A couple of years ago, Aleks and his son starred in a viral episode after the singer revealed that Matías got into a fight at a party because they wouldn't let him play Coldplay music and because there was reggaeton and other urban music that he is a detractor of instead.
“I talked about how my son got upset and almost got into a fistfight with some guys at a party because they wouldn't let him play Gorillaz and The Killers, this because they had already been playing inappropriate and very dismal music for five hours; at no point did he attack anyone,” the singer said at the time.
