The new fare scheme includes four categories, according to the distance traveled.
- Viaje corto (0 a 12.89 km): $11.50 pesos
- Viaje medio (12.90 a 25.59 km): $26.50 pesos
- Viaje largo (25.60 a 27.60 km): $40 pesos
- Viaje AIFA (0 a 41.20 km): $110 pesos.
This means that starting Saturday, October 10, 2026, trips originating from or destined for AIFA will cost 110 pesos, while trips between intermediate stations will have fares of 11.50, 26.50, and 40 pesos, depending on the distance.
The change means that those currently paying 45 pesos to travel to the airport will have to pay 65 pesos more for a full trip.

The full trip between Buenavista and AIFA will cost 110 pesos per person; if it is a round trip, the price will be 220 pesos.
How do you pay for the train to AIFA?
Access to the Felipe Ángeles Train is provided through the Integrated Mobility (MI) Card. The system records entry at the origin station and exit at the destination station.
There is also the option to pay with a QR code ticket, which is personal and individual per trip.
