Dani Flow and Aleks Syntek went from criticism and controversy to something few expected: they have agreed to a meeting to get to know each other in person. The meeting is supposedly going to take place this week and, although there is no confirmed song for now, the reggaeton artist left a door open that caught everyone's attention: he does not rule out collaborating musically with Syntek.
The reconciliation between the two figures comes after the controversial concert that Aleks Syntek offered during the Independence Day festivities in the Benito Juárez borough. In that event, the singer lashed out against reggaeton, questioned the audience, and even mentioned Martillazo directly, one of the most famous and played songs by Dani Flow.

But, far from continuing the feud, Dani Flow decided to reach out to Syntek. The urban music performer said that they have already spoken on the phone and assured that the relationship between them has improved. “We called him, I am having a very good relationship with him and I hope we can have a longer-lasting relationship,” he said.
Along with the confirmation of their meeting, the singer of Duele el amor shared a video of Flow on his social media, over which he wrote: “I love you, Dani, there is a magical being inside of you. Let me help you find it together”.

What does Dani Flow think about the Aleks Syntek controversy?
The reggaeton artist does not believe that Syntek’s behavior was a strategy to draw attention, as has been commented in recent days, especially regarding the urban genre song he released in the midst of the controversy.
“I don’t think it’s marketing. I think it’s an emotional low point that we can all go through,” he explained. He even offered a reflection on what it means to be an artist: “We artists are very lonely, and that makes us more vulnerable”.
Prior to these statements about their meeting, Dani Flow spoke with the Mexican press about Syntek’s recent behavior on stage and opined that people should stop joking about the singer’s mental health.
“It’s something to be careful about. I put myself in the position of being a family member of someone going through something like this, and it doesn't look like they are doing well. As Mexicans, it’s time to dial it back a bit and worry about a legend of Mexican pop. I think we need to pay a little more attention to Aleks Syntek, because while it might seem like a joke right now, it could end very badly,” he noted.
Regarding the meeting they might have, Dani said he is open to recording together if their reconnection goes well: “Sure, we’ll see. I’m not opposed to working with anyone”.
