According to reports, the doctor was located unconscious and not breathing in a second-floor room of her home during the early hours of Sunday, October 4.
Emergency services received the call around 2:25 a.m. Additionally, it was reported that Terry was a mother of three and that, during the night of the crime, a children's sleepover was taking place.
The autopsy found a blunt force injury on the right side of the head and another injury that could be consistent with compression of the neck, according to what was stated by authorities.

According to British media, the medical center is located in an area near Sandringham and the doctor was part of a group of physicians who could treat members of the Royal Family staying in the vicinity.
Among the royals she reportedly treated is Queen Camilla, according to reports in the English press. So far, Buckingham Palace has not publicly issued a statement on the case, although it was reported that King Charles III and Queen Camilla were informed of the doctor's death.
