Among the Well-being Programs promoted by the Federal Government, one stands out in particular, dedicated to helping young people up to 29 years old who need it most and who are neither working nor studying.
This program is called Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro, which pays a monthly amount of up to 9,582 pesos, the equivalent of the national monthly minimum wage in Mexico, in addition to other benefits such as medical insurance from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) for a full year.
Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro is one of the many social programs promoted in 2026 for the benefit of thousands of young people who are not working due to a lack of opportunities or complications in entering the Mexican labor market.

The program is implemented in the 32 states of the Mexican Republic. In addition to receiving financial support, beneficiaries nationwide must attend job training at Work Centers for a period of 12 months, starting from their acceptance into the program.
These are all the benefits provided in addition to the money:
- Capacitaciones en centros de trabajo para que se preparen para el mundo laboral
- Materiales e insumos gratis
- Afiliación al seguro médico del IMSS, que durará hasta que terminen sus capacitaciones, que son 12 meses; los beneficiarios podrán atenderse por enfermedades, maternidad y riesgos de trabajo
- Recibirán un documento de término que avale sus habilidades para trabajar
- Recibirán un menú con opciones de trabajo que faciliten su incorporación al mercado laboral
When is the Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro payment in September?
Payment is made every month directly to the Well-being Card that the secretariat distributes to beneficiaries after they are accepted into the program.
If you are a beneficiary, there is good news. The deposit corresponding to September 2026 arrives this Monday, the 28th.
Take note! As an apprentice, it is not necessary for you to withdraw all your money in a single transaction; you can keep it in your Banco del Bienestar account and use it when you need it and in the way that suits you best.
How do you know if the Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro support has already been paid?
To verify the September payment of 9,582 pesos, you must check the card balance through the Banco del Bienestar app by following these steps:
- Ve a la tienda de aplicaciones y descarga la app del Banco del Bienestar
- Acepta los ‘Términos y condiciones’
- Proporciona tu número de celular
- Escribe los 16 dígitos de tu Tarjeta del Bienestar y la NIP del cajero
- Genera una contraseña y confírmala
