The LFT specifies that the minimum in 2026 remains 15 days of salary. In addition, those who have not completed one year of service have the right to receive the proportional part corresponding to the time worked.
For example, if a person earns 12,000 pesos per month and worked for the entire year, their Christmas bonus would be 6,000 pesos.
