Event promoter OCESA announced on Thursday the official prices for tickets for the BTS concerts in Mexico City, following weeks of anticipation among their followers and calls from the Federal Consumer Prosecutor's Office (Profeco) to ensure transparency in the sales.
The arrival of BTS, one of the most influential groups in global pop, has generated some of the highest musical expectations in the country's recent history, with three dates scheduled for May 7, 9, and 10, 2026, at the Estadio GNP Seguros in the Mexican capital.

Over the past few weeks, the fan community, known as ARMY, demanded clear and advance information on prices and sections on social media due to fears of unexpected increases or non-transparent fees, as has happened with other artists.
In response, Profeco urged ticket agencies and promoters to comply with the Federal Consumer Protection Law and offer truthful and timely information.
This Thursday, OCESA published the official prices, including fees, which range from 1,767 Mexican pesos (101 dollars) to 13,330 pesos (762.16 dollars), depending on the section.
Furthermore, the promoter detailed that VIP tickets will cost 17,782 pesos (1,016 dollars), while Platinum access will reach a maximum price of 13,330 pesos (762 dollars). An additional processing fee of 50 pesos (2.86 dollars) will be added to these amounts.
OCESA asserted that "ticket prices will not change during the presale or the general sale," in an unprecedented move for transparency.

However, the announcement caused initial confusion after the post containing the prices was removed from social media minutes after being shared and was later reposted with an adjustment in the description, changing the term 'price levels' to 'price ranges'.
The ARMY Membership presale will take place on Friday, January 23, 2026, while the general sale will begin on Saturday, January 24, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM local time (15:00 GMT).
The sale will be exclusively online via Ticketmaster, and each person will be able to purchase up to four tickets per concert.
To access the presale, it will be mandatory to have an ARMY Membership, as well as linked Weverse and Ticketmaster accounts, according to the requirements established by the organizers.
