“No me voy a arrodillar”: El poderoso mensaje con el que Fátima Bosch apaga el hate tras su coronación en Miss Universo
Following the pressure Fátima Bosch, Miss Universe 2025, has received to resign from her crown after allegations of fraud in the pageant, the beauty queen responded this Monday with a powerful message.
"Universe, this has already begun and I do not intend to stop," the Tabasco native asserted in a video released by the official Miss Universe account following the virtual confrontation initiated by former judge Omar Harfouch, who is demanding that both she and Raúl Rocha, owner of the pageant, step down from their positions.
"I am a woman who learned to look at herself in the mirror, to embrace her story, but above all, to raise her voice, even when the world asked her for silence," a statement alluding to the tense moment she experienced during the sash ceremony with Nawat Itsaragrisil, director of Miss Universe Thailand, who called her "stupid" and "empty-headed."
"My mission is clear: to become that role model not only for the people who identify with me, but for all those who at some point felt that their authenticity was too much or too little," Fátima Bosch specified in her message.
¿De qué acusan a Fátima Bosch?
This statement comes after Omar Harfouch specifically attacked the Mexican queen and the Miss Universe organization last week, claiming the pageant needs a thorough restructuring because Raúl Rocha and Bernardo Bosch, the Mexican queen's father, allegedly conspired to ensure her victory.
The former judge even accused the organization of having an "alternate jury" that pre-selected 30 finalists behind schedule, from which Fátima emerged.
This is the fact for which he supposedly resigned from participating as a judge in the pageant.
Subsequently, after Fátima was crowned Miss Universe, Harfouch revealed that he would take legal action against Raúl Rocha to seek "justice" for the rest of the beauty queens.
¿Qué dice Fátima Bosch sobre las acusaciones contra su padre?
Although Fátima Bosch has not directly addressed the accusations against her father, she has sent various messages defending herself and highlighting the cyberbullying that this controversy has generated.
For his part, last week Bernardo Bosch issued a statement distancing himself from the alleged financial ties he is accused of having with the president of Miss Universe.
