  • Acta de nacimiento legible.
  • Identificación oficial vigente (INE, pasaporte vigente, cedula profesional, cartilla militar, carta de identidad emitida por la delegación o municipio donde reside).
  • CURP actualizado.
  • Comprobante de domicilio no mayor a seis meses (recibos de luz, agua, teléfono, predial o estado de cuenta bancario a nombre de quien solicita la credencial).
  • Teléfono de contacto de emergencia.
  • 1 fotografía reciente, tamaño infantil, blanco y negro o a color, en papel fotográfico y con fondo blanco, de frente, sin lentes, ni gorra.
