Imelda Tuñón le exige a Maribel Guardia 100 mil pesos de manutención para su hijo y desata polémica: “No lo meteré a escuela pública”
Amid the tensions between Maribel Guardia and Imelda Tuñón regarding child support for the actress's grandson, videos recorded at the time by Julián Figueroa have surfaced. In them, he exposes the behavior of his son's mother, raising questions about the domestic violence experienced by Maribel's son nearly two years after his death.
According to a pair of videos released by entertainment journalist Javier Ceriani, the son of Joan Sebastián and Maribel Guardia had sought legal counsel and decided to record the alleged abuse he was suffering as evidence. Among the claims, he mentions that on one occasion Imelda threw acetone in his eyes and on another, she bit his hand, drawing blood.
"If you attack me, I have you recorded, you're going to jail," Julián Figueroa is heard telling Imelda Tuñón in one of the recordings.
In the footage, the young woman is shown throwing herself to the floor and then slamming her head against the ground inside a bathroom, while her partner records her to have proof of the volatile home environment they were living in.
"What are you saying to me?... how you burned my eyes with acetone... you did that blow to yourself, that injury was done completely by yourself against the floor," Julián mentions while continuing to film how Imelda, after getting up from the floor, examines the bruise on her forehead.
Apparently, Julián was gathering evidence to prevent being falsely accused of committing physical violence against his then-partner.
"From now on I am going to document all the aggressions committed against me; my wife cut my finger, it's visible here... here is the bite," the singer said while recording the injuries on his hand.
The videos were published by Javier Ceriani without disclosing the date or the circumstances under which the events occurred.
So far, neither Imelda Tuñón nor Maribel Guardia has made a statement.
