The controversy between Poncho de Nigris and Gala Montes has reached a new level, and now the businessman is calling for the actress to be sent to rehab. What happened? We’ll give you the details below.
The King Royale creator claimed that Gala Montes recently sent him a "very aggressive" message, and rather than letting this new scandal pass, he posted a controversial request on social media expressing concern about the situation the young woman is allegedly going through, involving mental health problems and even substance abuse.
Through his X account, Poncho stated that his intention was to help Gala because he believes she is in a difficult moment, but his support was misinterpreted and used to attack him in that unspecified message: "Gala sent me a very aggressive message. I just wanted to help her because she is alone; she is going to hit rock bottom and in the end, it may be too late," the businessman wrote regarding the controversy.
Later in his message, De Nigris launched the controversial statement: "That woman needs to be sent to rehab now, before an accident happens. From my heart, even if she doesn't ask for help, the spiritual patrol needs to pick her up."

In a separate message, the businessman stated that behind Gala's attacks and erratic behavior is an "intoxicated" person who needs to be "helped out of the hole." He also warned her that consuming substances like fentanyl could push her to the limit.
"Beware of fentanyl and other substances; marijuana doesn't put you at those levels. Let those close to her help her and make her understand that if she gets help, her mind will rest. It hurts to see her like this; I always supported her, and it's out of empathy for a girl who is going around alone without direction. Love and peace and a lot of strength," he noted.
The influencer's statements come just days after Gala Montes's unexpected exit from La Casa de los Famosos México 2026, where she had entered as a surprise participant. The actress stayed in the reality show for just two days, and although it was initially reported that she had decided to leave the show on her own, she later gave a different explanation of what happened.
Gala claimed she had no intention of leaving the competition and recounted that she left the confessional after requesting a tampon, as she stated she received no response from the production team. Furthermore, she rejected some versions that began to circulate about her behavior inside the house and claimed she was fine both physically and mentally.
What happened between Poncho de Nigris and Gala Montes?
The recent clash between Poncho and Gala did not begin with the businessman's X post; rather, their feud originated a few days ago. In fact, the actress had previously reacted to the influencer's comments about her return to the reality show and questioned why he was suddenly showing concern for her well-being.
In her Instagram stories, Montes aimed a direct question at De Nigris and his concern: "Since when are you going to worry about me?"
The actress also referred to an alleged attempt by Poncho de Nigris to organize a support group together with her mother, Crista Montes, with the intention of having her interned amidst the controversy that has arisen over her alleged mental health problems and narcotics use. It is worth mentioning that Gala Montes does not have a good relationship with her mother.
The new episode in the controversy surrounding Gala occurs in the midst of a feud she has been involved in with journalist Joanna Vega-Biestro, with whom she has exchanged inflammatory comments also regarding her mental health and participation in LCDLF.
In the dispute, Gala has defended herself against Joanna's comments about the use of illegal substances and even threatened her regarding her daughter for harassing her; for her part, the journalist said she would defend herself legally if Gala attempts to do something against the minor.
