The story between Cazzu and Nodal has taken a turn. After the Argentine artist claimed that the singer did not provide enough financial support to provide for Inti, the singer sued her, stating that he has given her 12 million Mexican pesos in cash.

On this Thursday's broadcast of Ventaneando, host Paty Chapoy revealed that the singer from Sonora filed a civil lawsuit in a family court in the state of Jalisco against Cazzu to refute the claims that he does not allow their daughter to travel to other countries and that he has failed to contribute financially for the child.

"In the lawsuit, Nodal emphasizes the need to spend time with his daughter and participate in decisions that impact her development and well-being."

¿Qué dice la demanda que presentó Nodal contra Cazzu?

Regarding the 12 million pesos, in the lawsuit against Cazzu, Nodal stated that the funds were delivered in cash over a period of 13 months, and that a portion of that amount was sent through other individuals at the artist's request.

"It is important to highlight that from May 6 to November 4, 2024, every amount delivered to the mother for my daughter was done by her express instruction through third parties, whom she designated, as shown in the documents attached," the document published on the television program states.

Furthermore, they showed that contrary to what Cazzu declared to the Mexican press, Nodal asserted that she is the one who has refused to allow Inti to have a Mexican passport.

"The last few times I have asked Ms. Julieta Emilia Cazzuchelli to authorize the issuance of our daughter's Mexican passport, as well as her help to provide the minor's visa so she can travel and enter the United States of America."

In addition to this, Nodal said he could be being "coerced," as Cazzu allegedly asked in exchange for her authorization "that I increase the deposits and transfers I make to her, because otherwise she will not grant any consent."

¿Cómo reaccionó Cazzu sobre las acusaciones de Nodal?

In this regard, the Argentine singer has not yet made a statement, and continues to post content about her 'Latinaje' tour on her social media.

A few weeks ago, this tour brought her to Mexico where she engaged in a "war of statements" with Nodal, given that at that time the singer's legal team released a statement attempting to refute the claims she had made, leading her to send a message during one of her concerts at the Auditorio Nacional to single mothers who struggle and only receive attacks.

Cazzu's fans ignite social media after Nodal's lawsuit

Following the revelations made on Ventaneando, fans of the 'Jefa del trap' did not hold back and went after Paty Chapoy, claiming that the host skewed the news in favor of Nodal, asserting that this shows a clear antipathy toward the Argentine.

"But Chapoy comes out looking good, it's clear they pay off this family, how horrible," wrote @aplaplapla.

"Ms. Chapoy, what a poisonous person you are, you are a very bad person; the older and uglier, the more scheming. What can you expect from an employee who criticizes those who give them food? You have your faithful employees without dignity, doing what you order them to do," said Lulú Rodriguez.

"Why does Nodal handle cash in those amounts and why does the government allow it? Is he also involved in money laundering things? How scary," wrote Ileana S.
