Now, it has been revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will return to the United Kingdom, but only to live, not as members of the royal family nor to resume their duties. The couple will relocate with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, who are expected to begin their studies at a British school in September. Furthermore, the Sussexes are not expected to live in a royal residence, as reports indicate they will seek to settle in a private property outside of London.
On this subject, a source close to the matter told RadarOnline that William would not be willing to resume the relationship. This situation contrasts with the recent outreach that Harry and Meghan had with King Charles III, who even hosted them in a private meeting.
“William continues to feel enormous anger over what was said about Kate and the family. For William, protecting his wife and children is his priority. Charles may wish to reconcile with his youngest son, but William is far from that point and has no intention of pretending otherwise,” an associate told the media outlet.
William has made it clear that Harry's return does not mean they will be brothers again. "In fact, in private he has vowed to ignore Harry and Meghan, and has declared that he will not speak to either of them in the near future,” the source added.
For his part, some time ago, Prince Harry publicly admitted that he would love to reconcile with his family. "There's no point in continuing to fight. Life is precious," he mentioned in an interview with BBC News.
On the other hand, it also emerged that the real reason why the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are returning to the United Kingdom is that Meghan will resume her acting career with a role in the Netflix series 'The Gentlemen,' as reported by sources to the BBC and Sky News broadcasters, who specified that the negotiations are still in their "initial phase" and, for the moment, it has not been revealed what role Markle would play in the third season of the program.
