While applying makeup and showing off her new makeover, the former participant of La Casa de los Famosos México 2026 claimed that there is a campaign to discredit her and make accusations regarding her mental health and illegal substance use.
In the video, which went viral on social media, she lashed out at several people related to the entertainment industry, including Tristán Othón, the son of Yahir, whom she described as “horrible,” with an appearance “like a dead person,” in addition to mocking him for his history with drug addiction and for having ventured into adult content on OnlyFans.

“What do you have to get involved for, dude, if I get along well with your boss (...) You look horrible, dude. Seriously. It looks like you’re dead. I mean, you don't look hot, because I look like a hot crackhead,” it is worth remembering that Tristan previously gave his opinion on Gala's mental health and her alleged drug use.
“I’m fine,” the actress affirmed, although she acknowledged that she is facing a difficult moment. “Yes, I am depressed, yes, yes I am, but it’s normal, I’ve been there before. I mean, I’m not going to die,” she expressed. Furthermore, she flatly rejected the versions circulating on social media regarding her alleged substance use and erratic behavior.
The phrase that generated the most comments among her followers came when Gala spoke about going through a psychotic break amid the controversy generated by the alleged deterioration of her mental health: “I am... difficult to have a psychotic break. I wish, dude, I wish,” she said. Her words ignited the debate among users who expressed concern.
The actress's new statements come days after her unexpected exit from La Casa de los Famosos México, a reality show she abandoned just two days after entering as a surprise participant. While the production maintained that the departure was voluntary, Gala claimed that she had no intention of leaving the show and offered a different version of what happened.
This controversy surrounding the actress coincides with her public confrontation with journalist Joanna Vega-Biestro, with whom she has exchanged threats over harassment, and with Poncho de Nigris, who asked for help for Gala on social media and suggested that the actress should be “institutionalized”.
“That woman needs to be institutionalized now, before some accident happens. From my heart, even if she doesn't ask for help, the spiritual patrol has to come pick her up,” wrote the businessman on his X account.
