Technical degree in Nursing.
Possess a professional title.
Have between 2 and 3 years of experience as a nursing technician.
Knowledge of basic care.

Experience in the care and assistance of elderly people.
Knowledge of first aid.
No prior knowledge of the German language is required.
Availability to work full-time with variable schedules and shifts.

The company reported that selected individuals must participate in an in-person job linkage session. In addition, those who advance in the process will receive an in-person German language course in Monterrey as part of the preparation before starting their job in Germany.
The recruitment process began on July 13, 2026, and will last approximately three months, during which time applicants will be evaluated. An in-person interview will also be held as part of the selection stages.
