- Identificación oficial vigente (INE, INAPAM, pasaporte, cartilla, cédula profesional o carta de identidad).
- CURP de impresión reciente.
- Acta de nacimiento.
- Comprobante de domicilio (no mayor a 6 meses; puede ser de teléfono, luz, gas, agua o predial).
- Teléfono de contacto (celular y de casa).
