After Eiza González dazzled with her looks on red carpets around the entertainment world in 2025, this year she is starting with a nomination for one of the awards that attracts the most attention in the United States, but not the one she would want.
According to international media, the 2026 Golden Raspberry Awards, a recognition of the worst of Hollywood cinema, announced that the Mexican actress was included in the "worst supporting actress" category.
Despite the long career that Eiza began in the show business world in Mexico and in more recent years in Hollywood, runways, and international commercials, the actress was not spared from criticism this year for her performance in the film Fountain of Youth, directed by Guy Ritchie and which had a budget of 180 million dollars, according to American media.
On this occasion, Eiza González ventured into the action genre alongside actors John Krasinski, Natalie Portman, and Domhnall Gleeson, among others.
So far, the 35-year-old Mexican has not expressed her opinion on the 2026 Razzie nomination.
In contrast, on her social networks, she has announced the release of her new film, "Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice," alongside Vince Vaughn and James Marsden, which will be released in March on Hulu/Disney+.
"This movie is completely crazy and you will love every minute of it," the actress wrote in her post, where television colleagues have congratulated her.
