Sports journalist Gerard Romero fueled the rumors by asserting that there was chemistry between them.

Later, television personality, singer, and activist Amor Romeira claimed that they were flirting for much of the night, according to statements reported by Hola magazine.
"I confirm that there was flirting... They were together all night and with a lot of connection. It was as if they were alone on a date".
She also stated that, although Ana Mena and Ferran Torres do not follow each other on social media, there was indeed a "match" between them.
"Honey, at the private party there was a match. The end. There is no debate. And my information is gospel. 100% real and exactly like that".
Later, Romeira shared a photograph on her Instagram stories from the private party where both appear together and claimed that there are even videos of the interaction between the two.
