The recent public appearance of businesswoman and philanthropist Susan Dell at the White House alongside Donald Trump sparked a debate about plastic surgery and the way various figures in U.S. politics and social life have abused it to make facial adjustments or completely change their image.
Another figure who has gone viral for her radical changes is Kimberly Guilfoyle, linked to the Trump family and the personal life of California Governor Gavin Newsom, and known in the country for her careers as a lawyer and model.

In her multiple public appearances with the Trump family, Kimberly caused a sensation by appearing unrecognizable, with changes to her face, excessive makeup, luxury looks, and other details on her figure adopted to feign youth.
Kimberly Guilfoyle was engaged to Donald Trump Jr. from 2021 to 2024, placing her under public scrutiny during the first term of the U.S. president. Since then, changes were already noticeable, such as lip fillers, Botox, more pronounced cheekbones, or the tightening of "crow's feet" around the eyes and brow, according to the experience of plastic surgeon Dennis Schimpf, cited by Glam magazine.

The expert claims that Guilfoyle likely had the mentioned touch-ups done to "improve bone structure and maintain a youthful appearance."
Guilfoyle has been noted for her remarkable physical transformation and for allegedly representing the so-called Mar-a-Lago face, an aesthetic trend associated with some women in the Republican circle. Although she has never publicly confirmed having undergone plastic surgery, her appearance has sparked speculation about the possible procedures she may have resorted to over the last decade.
In an article for El País, journalist Joan Callarissa noted that naturalness has never been well received in Trump's immediate circle, which instead favors images "based on the denial of reality."
Callarissa explained: "The Trump bubble is a movement based on the denial of reality. If they have a face they don't like, they change it, regardless of whether it looks natural or not, because reality does not matter to Trumpism. The Mar-a-Lago face is not intended to be convincing."
The changes in her face were more noticeable when she became part of the Trump social and family circle, hence the Mar-a-Lago face. Prior to this, the socialite was married to current California Governor Gavin Newsom. At that time, her image was more modest and, in comparative terms, more natural.
According to fashion and body language experts, Kimberly has made her physical change more evident with the help of makeup, as well as haircuts and colors that give her a different style.
It is worth mentioning that she now shows off more voluminous and wavy hair, whereas in previous years she wore simpler and more common hairstyles; as for makeup, she has opted for darker and more elegant tones, whereas previously, Kimberly used products with lighter and more subtle color palettes.
In several posts she has made on social media, the current U.S. Ambassador to Greece has shared photographs of how she looked before her alleged procedures to change her image, and something her followers agree on is that she looks completely unrecognizable.
