Spanish influencer Roro Bueno is once again in the eye of the storm. This time, due to a plagiarism controversy. Ecuadorian content creator Galita Ari has accused her of copying the style of her videos, as well as the phrase she uses to start her social media content.
We tell you what Galita Ari said, what evidence she presented, and what Roro's response was to the accusations.

Through her TikTok account, Galita Ari accused Roro Bueno of copying the style of her videos, which she began in 2018. In them, she could be seen cooking and using a sweet voice.
The video, which already has over 19 million views and has accumulated more than 77,000 comments, shows Galita Ari explaining why she believes Roro Bueno's persona is inspired by the content she had been posting for years.
"Before the controversy of 'La Velada del Año', there was a story that few know; I think it is time to tell it," the influencer begins.
She then shows a video dated January 17, 2022, in which she appears preparing a recipe for her brother.
Users on social media pointed out that Galita Ari's way of narrating, with a soft and high-pitched voice, is similar to the style that currently characterizes Roro.
Likewise, some internet users highlighted the similarity between the phrase with which Galita Ari starts that video and the popular introduction used by Roro.
"Today I asked my brother what he wanted to eat, since I hadn't seen him for a few years and he told me he would like some pasta."

Galita Ari explained that the alleged copying of her content began after she met Pablo, Roro's current boyfriend, through a dating app.
Although she clarified that there was never a romantic relationship between them and that they only spoke for two days, she noted that they began following each other on Instagram.
Sometime later, she claimed to have noticed that a young woman was constantly watching her content and later discovered that it was Pablo's current partner.
In the video, Galita Ari shows screenshots of conversations of someone asking if she knows Pablo and xenophobic comments that, according to her version, she attributes to Roro. Additionally, she stated that her main TikTok account was deleted in June 2024 after a report for identity theft.
The Ecuadorian influencer also claimed that, by that time, Roro had already blocked her from all her social media, so she found out about the viral nature of the Spaniard's content through third parties.
Later, she held a live broadcast in which she stated that, after publishing the video with her accusations, they tried to access her TikTok account and subsequently managed to change the password.

Spanish journalist Javi Hoyos claimed on his social media that he contacted Roro to clarify Galita Ari's plagiarism accusations.
As he explained, the Spanish influencer denied having copied Galita Ari's content.
"Roro assures me that it is completely a lie. She tells me that she doesn't know this girl at all, that she had never seen her content. In fact, Roro tells me that the content was inspired by Lara Smith," Hoyos said.
The journalist added that the content creator was surprised by such accusations.
"Roro tells me that she had never seen this girl and is freaking out over all the lies she has told," he added.
The controversy arises weeks after Roro's participation in 'La Velada del Año', the event organized by Ibai Llanos.
Although the influencer won her match against Sammy Rivers, she was accused on social media of having an advantage over her opponent by using a special helmet for medical reasons.
