Actress, singer, and entrepreneur Thalía surprised her followers with new photos she posted on Instagram, in which she shows off her toned figure at nearly 55 years old.
The singer of “Amor a la mexicana” wore a copper-colored bikini, a diamond necklace, and futuristic-style sunglasses in the images, which she accompanied with a message about her return to exercising.
“Flirting with the gym again, and I'm letting myself be loved,” the singer wrote.
In addition to the photographs, Thalía shared a video in which you can see the muscles in her arms and shoulders, the result of her return to the gym.
Her trainer, Jorge Valverde, also reacted to the post and highlighted the singer's consistency.
“That's right, nothing stops you,” he wrote.
Thalía will turn 55 on August 26. The singer will likely celebrate this important date with her husband, Tommy Mottola, and her two children.

Her song “Yo me lo busqué,” performed with Los Ángeles Azules, is nominated for Best Cumbia Song at the 2026 Premios Juventud, which will be held on Thursday, September 3, in Andalusia, Spain.
Previously, on April 29, Thalía received the Icon Award at the 2026 Billboard Women in Music ceremony, held in Los Angeles. The recognition highlighted her more than 30-year career and her influence on Latin music internationally.
