Dorismar, 50, shared on her social media that she had to undergo surgery after a cosmetic procedure disfigured her face. The procedure left sequels, as seen in the video she shared where she appears to have difficulty speaking.

According to TVNotas, in recent years, Dorismar underwent several reconstructive nose surgeries with Dr. José Achar. In a second intervention, after being dissatisfied with the first, the doctor excessively filed her nasal septum, resulting in a small and curved septum. Additionally, it appears he placed an artificial implant without the model's authorization.
Said implant was rejected by her body and generated pus. Although Dorismar followed medical instructions, her nasal septum collapsed, leaving her nose mutilated and with respiratory problems. To try to resolve the situation, the doctor performed a third surgery in 2024 with another implant, but it did not work either.
It was for these reasons that Dorismar reported on her Instagram account that she traveled to Colombia to receive urgent medical attention. In a short video she shared, she shows how she is doing on her first day of recovery.
"For those who don't know, after having gone through malpractice, I traveled and I am currently in Bogota, Colombia. I came to be operated on by an eminent doctor, I am getting very good results, I saw a little bit already and I am very happy. I am in rehabilitation, it is my first day, tomorrow I will be much better," she stated. She assured that she is calm because she is in good hands.
