Megan Fox posted a photo that left her followers speechless and, at the same time, seemed to drop a hint to her ex-boyfriends.
The 40-year-old actress shared a couple of snapshots from a nighttime photoshoot on Instagram.
Fox was dressed in a tiny PVC bandeau top and daring leather pants while posing in front of a flashy Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
She also sported fuzzy over-the-knee boots and wore a bright green coat that sat just above her shoulders.
Fox included a double-entendre caption in her post, apparently throwing shade at her ex-partners by writing about the importance of seeking "intellectual compatibility" above all else.
She was previously romantically linked to her ex-fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, with whom she had a daughter in March of last year.
Before MGK, she was married for a decade to Brian Austin Green, the attractive Beverly Hills 90210 actor, before their divorce in 2019. They are parents to three children.
The Megan Fox post comes almost a month after she returned to Instagram to lash out at her ex-partners, responding to a troll in the comments section of one of her lingerie photoshoot posts.
She caused an internet stir, making headlines with her recent return to social media, as she also appeared to throw shade at MGK.
She was in a romantic relationship for four and a half years with the 36-year-old rapper, formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly and whose birth name is Colson Baker.
Shortly before ending their relationship in late 2024, she revealed they were expecting their first child together and subsequently gave birth to their daughter Saga, who is now 17 months old.
Her other public romance was her previous marriage to Green, 53. She was married to the actor for 10 years, together for nearly 15 years in total, and has three children with him.
After finalizing their divorce in 2021, Megan Fox and Green now co-parent their children Noah, 13, Bodhi, 12, and Journey, 10.
In mid-July, Fox shared a series of photos on Instagram in which she wore nothing but sheer black lingerie and a spectacularly long veil.
The act of sharing those provocative photos on social media earned her praise from her fans, but also provoked a reaction from some who made hurtful comments, something she noted and responded to forcefully.
"It's incredibly embarrassing that a 40-year-old mother would post this. It's Tumblr nonsense from 16 years ago," an Instagram user commented. In response to the comment, Megan Fox replied harshly: "Which one of my exes is this?"
Her social media posts, which seemed suspicious, implied that she was having trouble with her ex, MGK, when they reunited earlier this year.
However, their reunion ended with her reportedly blocking him afterward.
Her scathing comments also came after her ex-husband Green made headlines for saying he "got carried away by physical attraction" in his marriage after they met when he was 30 and she was 18.
As for the actress's future projects, Megan Fox will star in the long-awaited sequel to her film Jennifer's Body.
Last month, some reports indicated that Megan Fox will reprise one of her most iconic roles for the hit horror film.
According to Dread Central, Karyn Kusama, director of the first film, is also involved, as is screenwriter Diablo Cody, who will be heading the sequel.
