Galilea Montijo reveals at what age she wants to retire from television
The Hoy presenter noted on Aislinn Derbez's podcast La magia del caos that in 10 years she will be 63 years old and that at that age, she would like to stop appearing on television to enjoy a stage of life that, as she explained, she has not had time to live.
"I love my job, I love what I do, I love making people happy, entertaining them. In 10 years I will be 63, I would like to no longer see myself on TV, I would like to see myself retired, and yes, I would like to enjoy this part that I have never had time for," she explained.
Galilea added that, although she cannot imagine herself on television at 63, she also does not see herself stopping work entirely.
"I don't know if I'll stop working, because I've never imagined myself doing nothing, but I would like to stop letting others—or give others the opportunity to—have opinions about me... Yes, retired, but by my own decision..." she said.

"I am a person who sleeps in peace, I live very calmly because I don't hurt anyone, but I also don't feel like a victim; let everyone take responsibility for themselves," she detailed.
