Shortly after the National Team finished its participation in the World Cup, after falling to England in the round of 16, the naturalized Mexican player was seen boarding a Viva Aerobús flight bound for Monterrey.
On the plane, the fans who recognized him instantly welcomed him with applause and shouts of gratitude for what he did for Mexico on the pitch at the Estadio Azteca along with the rest of the players and the hope he gave Mexicans to continue advancing in the sporting event.

The striker's vacation comes after it was announced that elite clubs such as Chelsea and Aston Villa want to sign him. According to ESPN reports, both teams have shown interest in Quiñones after he scored four goals with the Mexican National Team in the World Cup.
Apparently there are already offers for the player; however, he just renewed his contract with the Saudi team Al-Qadisiya. In the event that a signing is agreed with either of the two clubs, up to 200 million dollars must be paid for the contract termination clause.
Specialized media estimate that Julián's value at those clubs would be up to 70 million euros, a figure that makes him the most expensive Mexican player in history.
