¿Qué es “farmear aura” y por qué se volvió viral? El significado de la expresión que usa la Generación Z
Natalie Harp, one of Donald Trump's closest aides, is at the center of a new controversy after her side-by-side relationship with the president was revealed in recent days.
According to an interview broadcast by CNN, her brother, Preston Harp, claims that the White House staffer has had an "obsession" with presidents since she was about 16 years old, and Trump is no exception, as it is known they are quite close, and it is even rumored they are intimate.
Preston's statements reignited the debate over the close relationship between Harp and the American president, whom she constantly accompanies on his official activities and often attends even family gatherings and public events with.
The 35-year-old communications aide has worked closely with 80-year-old Trump since 2022; the closeness between them has sparked questions and criticism, especially after her own brother revealed that, since her adolescence, Harp has written letters to presidents, including George W. Bush.

According to reports, the loyalty Harp has to Trump is "unusually intense" and is being considered by the presidential circle and Natalie's family as "stalker-like" due to her background and the current access she has to Trump.
"I would say that since she was about 16, she has had an obsession with… How do I explain it? She has written letters to other presidents, let me put it that way," Preston Harp said in that interview.
In fact, the New York Times revealed that Harp has sent several letters to Donald Trump, including one where she apologized for being so dedicated to her work and pursuing him on a visit to Scotland, where she stopped eating and sleeping just to work alongside him, at his pace and on his schedule.
Likewise, it is known that Harp has total loyalty to him because she believes she owes her life to Trump, as thanks to a law he signed, Right to Try, she was able to have experimental treatments and medications to cure her cancer.
In addition to Preston Harp's comments about his sister, sources close to the matter have told Radar Online that Natalie seems like a "stalker," although she does not pose a threat to the president; rather, the doubts are concentrated on the intensity of her closeness and access.
"Natalie's brother's comments have inevitably sparked fears among those who have observed the deep devotion she professes to the president. When you hear a family member describe an 'obsession' with presidents that dates back to her adolescence, and then see how frequently she stays by Trump's side, people will wonder if this has gone beyond ordinary professional loyalty," a source commented to the outlet.
"There has always been something unusually intense about Natalie's devotion to Trump, but her brother's comments have put her in a completely different light. Now people are using expressions like 'presidential stalker' because she seems determined to be wherever the president is, whatever the circumstances," they added.
